I'd like to see small and large crates have the same ql sorting that BSBs have

Last time i looked at it, having multiple stacks of the same item in a crate led to weirdness with the item counting code (since crates are based on item number, rather than volume).
Also it's easier to have multiple crates in the same cart/ship for QL separation.

It's also nice to still have the ability to average / combine together the QL of items that you don't wish to have separated using the crates. Sorting is nice, but it's not without it's drawback. For example, having to manually add up the total amount of differently sorted QLs of a particular item, such as bricks or dirt, when you just want to be able to quickly see the total.

yes i agree crates are fine as is, just make multiple crates and let the BSB do the sorting.

By the way, you can cast bless on BSBs to get the old functionality back.
