Rare, Supreme, and Fantastic Improvement Upgrades
Should any item you send for improvement become Rare or better, you will receive the item at no extra cost.
Please note, this cannot be done "on command" it is a random event.
Item Delivery and Pickup
Cove Shipyard and Carpentry Shop offers on site construction for a nominal fee. A 10% surcharge will be added to the final bill to cover travel.
If customers do not wish to utilize this service then all completed items will be mailed COD once completed, if mailable.
In the event of large items, such as Ships, that cannot be mailed, these will be picked up by the player placing the order.

ALL ITEMS REQUESTING IMPING WILL BE MAILED OR DELIVERED BY THE PLAYER PLACING THE ORDER, UNLESS PART OF AN ON-SITE SERVICE CALL.
